Restaurant Pfaffenstube in Groembach

A small, cozy pub with a very nice owner who cooks excellently. The best roast beef with chanterelles and the side salad have been wonderful for a long time. Toilets very clean. Overall, highly recommended. It should be emphasized that Mondays are open until 2 p.m. Anyone driving to the Nagoldtalsperre should make a detour to the Pfaffenstube. Tuesday and Wednesday closed. Thursday / Friday from 5 p.m. and weekend / public holidays from 11 a.m. continuously!

Really a "must" to go to the Pfaffenstube :-) The food is consistently very, very tasty and fresh. The owner is also very accommodating and friendly; he also cooks the food himself :-)

We are currently on vacation in the Black Forest and were there for the first time. The owner is very friendly and authentic. The food was super delicious, for the good price you get delicious, fresh chanterelles - rarely found here in the big city :) We found the rustic ambience great and something different from all standard restaurants. We would love to come back should we be around again!

We went there for lunch yesterday. The food was delicious, the atmosphere is rustic and authentic. You shouldn't expect chic, but real Black Forests. Very nice people, we will definitely go back when we are around.

After a nice hike with friends, we stopped in the beer garden and ate delicious. Nice simple but clocky atmosphere with delicious dishes. Freshly tapped and we felt very comfortable. Many thanks

Delicious meal! There is also a good selection of vegetarian options. The chanterelles are TOP !!! Everything is nicely garnished, the eye eats too! Good card, reasonable prices. Friendly and fast service! Incidentally, toilets are freshly renovated and everything is new.

Delicious always a pleasure

Have a break on a motorcycle tour here on Father's Day 2020, super friendly service by the owner and family, and great food, we will definitely come again.

Like almost 40 years ago, not much has changed. The roast is as expected delicious. Who comes in the corner should not be fooled but go in for lunch good hunger. We were satisfied 😀

By chance, we found 3 weeks ago this place with the beautiful beer garden. I was so taken with the delicious food that we were there again today. Delicious food, nice staff and a really nice owner. The restaurant is renovated in small pieces. Who likes to eat good bourgeois and does not expect a sophisticated atmosphere, is in good hands here.

As always, we felt very comfortable here. Whether summer or winter, we always like to come to the Pfaffenstube. Craftsmanship top! Great card! Just the ambience makes the Pfaffenstube. Keep it up !

Hospitality is lived here. Warm service, great food! Homemade cheese pies, game goulash. More than sufficient portion. The forest mushroom soup was a poem and tasted particularly exciting from the unusual soup bowls. Upon request by e-mail afterwards, where you could get these bowls, the boss called personally and offered to get us some. That is the unexpected "plus", what you miss so often as a customer. The fact that the ambience is kept quite simple didn't bother us at all. On the contrary, we couldn't get enough of the miniature forest we made ourselves.
